Meet the Founder

Patti Gondeck founded Gondeck Claim Solutions to help roofing contractors navigate the insurance claim process with clarity and confidence. Patti brings more than 30 years of experience working in industries that require navigating complex insurance processes, documentation, and appeals.

While she has not worked for insurance carriers, Patti has spent decades helping individuals understand claim documentation, dispute resolution, and the appeals process across multiple industries. This experience provides a unique perspective when reviewing roofing scopes and identifying items that may be missing or underpaid in an insurance estimate.

Patti has received training in roofing systems and water restoration and has completed Xactimate supplement training through Estimate Mastery.

As an independent business, every claim is personally reviewed and prepared by Patti. This ensures contractors receive consistent, experienced attention on every supplement — not outsourced work or inexperienced writers.

A Texas resident for more than 35 years, Patti understands the weather patterns and property damage claims common throughout the state. Her goal is simple: help contractors present well-supported supplements so homeowners receive the repairs their property actually needs and the coverage they paid for.

In addition to her professional experience, Patti is active in her community through volunteer work with the Austin Police Department and is a Lifetime Member of the VFW Auxiliary.
